We invite you to wear high-quality audio headphones while our character guides you through the city's main monuments. You will journey through the secrets of the Scaligeri Arches, traverse narrow streets and magnificent squares, experience the significant Basilica of Sant'Anastasia, and cross the ancient Ponte Pietra. You should bring your tour tickets in either electronic or printed format. As the tour is on foot, it's important to wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the season. If you'd like, you can bring a water bottle, a camera, and anything necessary for children.
In exceptional cases such as severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, we postpone our tours to another day, providing advance notice.

It's a walking tour. We move comfortably on foot and only along the city streets, without venturing indoors. The route is suitable for children, seniors, and people with disabilities.
Yes, our tours welcome visitors aged 0 to 99! The tour is an atmospheric, interactive stroll without dry lists of dates and architectural styles: you'll hear legends of the city and its inhabitants. We walk, listen to stories, make wishes, and explore the city in a new way.
If you arrive late for the tour, please notify our booking office via email at hello@sei1angelo.com in advance to arrange another visit on a different day (subject to availability). If you fail to inform us of your delay, it won't be possible to reschedule the tour for another date, and if you contact us within less than 6 hours before the tour's start time, a penalty of 100% of the ticket cost will be charged.
If you wish to cancel your tour participation for personal reasons with at least 72 hours' notice before the start, we will refund the full ticket amount. If you contact us at least 6 hours before the tour's start time, we'll offer you a new date. If you contact us less than 6 hours before the tour, a penalty of 100% of the ticket cost will be charged.
